The process of giving and receiving feedback in complicated. The emotional tax associated with feedback only adds to the complexity. In this second of six workshops, we will address these complexities and offer techniques and methods to assist you in feedback conversations, both as receiver and giver. All workshops are hosted by the United Way of the Capital Area.
